You might miss renewal notices or other correspondence in case you have moved house, hence your instructions regarding a change of address etc should reach us 3-4 weeks prior to any such event. This will ensure that you receive your magazine copy without interruption.
B) If you have recently ordered a new subscription and have not yet received your first issue, we would like to inform you that it takes 3-4 weeks to start your subscription. If it still hasn't reached, it might be due to an incorrect address in our records, contact Customer Care by email, phone, regular mail or fax.
